Rates
Summer (May 1 - Aug 31): $145 per day Off Season (Sep 1 - Apr 30): $125 per day Rates are... ...plus 12% Sitka sales and bed tax ...single or double occupancy ...$10 per day, additional person Three day minimum for advance reservations. A deposit of 30% of the total amount due or one night's stay, whichever is greater, is required at booking. 
Cancellations: The deposit is refundable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, it is refundable only if we are able to re-book the time. |
