Rates - Single or Double Occupancy

Minimum Stay

There is a three day minimum stay for advance reservations. If we happen to have available days between longer reservations, we can sometimes accomodate shorter stays.   Call us to inquire about availability.

Deposit

A deposit of 1/3 of the total amount due or one night's stay, whichever is greater, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.  When you make a reservation with us, we agree to turn away all other requests for the apartment and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of nights you reserve. 

The deposit is refundable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, it is refundable only if we are able to re-book the time.

Smoking and Pets

We are a non-smoking establishment.  And much as we like them, we cannot accomodate pets.
