We
"retired" to Sitka in 1989 after spending most of our lives in the hustle and
bustle of San Francisco. People always want to know ... Why Sitka?
Frank's
love affair with Sitka began in 1952 when he was lucky enough to go to high school
here.
Mine began the first time I saw the sun sparkle on Mt. Edgecumbe. And
after living here these past eighteen years, we are still very much in awe of the beauty that
surrounds us in this very special place.
